Yesterday, we go out to dinner, and my wife doesn't bring a jacket because nothing "matches" her outfit. So what happens? She ends up taking mine, which does not match her outfit at all and I end up freezing.
I should impose a mandatory jacket rule.

Your not a member of the Only Child Club are you.. I know I am.. And it is a big shocker when you get married..
I don't know how many times I have stopped off at the gas station to get a coke. Ask my wife if she wants anything and I get an emphatic "NO".. I go inside get my drink and come out and I haven't even popped the top and she is asking for a drink. Sharing is not in my vocabulary..

You think YOU have it bad? My wife is an only child and I'm the eldest of 4! The shock of sharing is something my poor dear had to learn quick.

I am an only child of divorced parents who lived on his own from the time he was 17 or for 10 year before getting married. ( So I am used to getting my way) married to the Youngest of 5 who moved out of her parents house and into mine.. My learning curve was straight up..

The jacket thing will never end. It will be January 1st, snow on the ground, and they will sacrifice dressing warmly for dressing cute. Then you will suffocate because the heater is blasting out Sahara-like warmth in the vehicle the entire trip.
My wife loves ice-cold Diet Cokes. We got in the truck one night, she had summer clothing on in the dead of winter, she gulps down a big swig of Coke and says, "I'm freeeeezing." She reaches over to turn up the heat and I block her. It makes no sense, I tell you. No sense at all.
And she always wants "a bite of what you get."
