My buddy and his dad went last year and had a blast. They said it is a first rate lodge and the guides were very good. Unfortunately, they didn't have as many ducks, but there weren't many ducks in the area at that time. You will have a great time. If you don't have one, I would suggest picking up a Thermacell. Mosquitoes in the marsh are not very nice. We sometimes spray the yard guard around the area to help.

A good friend of mine owns that place. It is part of SweetLake Land and Cattle or something like that. His family has been running the company for over five generations. I've hunted there a few times. Very professional. It got hit really hard by Rita and they had to essentially rebuild everything. If you run into a mountain of a man named Claude Leach tell him Adrian said hello. He's pretty young (33-34) and full of laughs. You should be able to catch some good fish this time of year.

Crack, y'all should do quite well. I'm headed that direction later this afternoon and will be over in the Sweet Lake/Grand Lake area through Tuesday. Check your PMs.

This place is a 12 on the 10 scale. The duck hunting was good and the service was better. Got to fish on Big Lake too boot.

You are so right there.
I'm going back down Wednesday for Thanksgiving weekend. I'm planning on giving a bunch of Redfish and Specks some sore mouths.
