Mississippi Opener
4 hunters, 4 limits by 8:00. Mixed bag Mallards, teal (Blue and greenwing) widgeon, gadwall. Over all I am pleased cause I really didn't think we had that many ducks. Jacksbuddy, Greenhead,Daddy, and myself.

We had a bunch working but never could get within shooting range. We did end up with one drake but we worked a big groups of pintails, mallards and a few teal. I think we saw one wood duck. We also seen alot of mallards flying high and headed north. But we had a good one and gonna try it out again in the morning.

The five of us managed 24 ducks this morning; mallards, gads, teal and widgeon. Could have probably squeezed out a full five man limit, but decided to head out and hit it again in the morning. Heck of a fun hunt.
We killed a immature Redhead this morning in a brake, the first for our group and location to my knowledge. Interesting....
