Memphis Liberty Bowl Info

Postby CBrown » Tue Dec 04, 2007 9:07 pm

I know this has probably been discussed before but I will ask again. I am heading up to the bowl game on the 29th and everything around Beale (sp?) seems to be booked up. What other areas are nice to stay in for a $20 cab ride and what areas do I need to stay away from. Also how far is the stadium from Beale street? Thanks for the info guys.

i stayed in a hotel in olive branch a couple of years ago that gave a shuttle service to downtown for twenty bucks a head..... took you there and came and picked you up thirty mintues after you called. all i remember is i think its on the right right off 55 going north....... any help would be greatful.... im tryin to book there again for that weekend.
If it wasn't for bad luck then i would have no luck at all........

That sounds typical for an Ole Nuts student...true mississippi natives pull for all our teams when we aren't playing each other....hell, State would have much rather beat Ole Nuts with a winning record....oh yeah, ya'll didn't win a single SEC game this year...guess I'd be pissed too....
