Saltillo Watershed

Is there any water there (backwaters, not the main water) ? I have permission to hunt it, I just don't live anywhere near it, my folks do though, and I am planning on coming into town soon, but won't have time to check it out, I just hate to show up one morn. with no water. Any help would be appreciated.

I would think it would its been raining in that area and the watershed has a creek that feeds it. Used to fish that creek and the watershed before all the development years ago.

The main lake looks pretty good don't know about the backwater, it did have a couple of ringnecks sitting on it about a week ago.

yeah I may just go elsewhere, the backwater is the only place I hunt there

I go by it everyday and the water is not out in the feilds looks to be about 3 feet below the bank.I have not seen any ducks in that area.
