Postby oxberrylou » Tue Jun 24, 2003 5:14 pm

Can anyone steer me to a pit manufacturer reasonably close to Tallahatchie County Mississippi? Thanks!

Jeff Sherwood at Cleveland Hydraulics built mine, but I don't know if he still builds them. Planters Equipment in Cleveland also builds them.

Cotton's welding on hwy 32 just west of Charleston The "New Duck Capitol of the World". He will make what you want...

There is a place in Memphrica on Brooks rd that has one sitting out front ready for you to install... only $2400.00 thats only 6.66 per duck if you kill your limit every day all 60 days or only $40.00 per day for all 60 days! a Bargain if you ask me!

Dittos on osceola machine.

We bought one last season and they are very well made and reasonably priced. Our's happens to be in Tallahatchie County as well.

There is a guy in Hernando that builds a really nice pit blind and can do it to your specs. Has a couple right now. I can give a phone number if interested.

Buster Jennings with Jennings Welding in Indianola built me four sixteen foot custom pits last year...did an excellent job. I told him exactly what I wanted and he had them ready in under two weeks. $2000 each. Let me know if you want his information.
