Stimulus check

Postby marshmaniac » Sat Apr 26, 2008 5:02 pm

The federal govenment is sending each and every one of us a $600 rebate. If we spend it at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China. If we spend it on gasoline, the money will go to Arabs. If we purchase a computer, it will go to India. If we purchase fruit and vegetables, it will go to Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala. If we purchase a good car, it will go to Japan. If we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan... and none of it will help the American economy.

The only way to keep the money here at home is to spend it on prostitues, weed, beer and tattoos, since these are the products still produced in the USA.

Thank you for your help and please support the US

.

Isn't most weed imported from Mexico and all the good beer comes from Germany? So you might want to spend your refund on the ladies and tattoos unless she is a Mexican hooker.

How about fried chicken? Isn't most of chicken still raised here?

Do I get a stimulus check even if I'm a dependant of my dad? I made 5,000 last year.

no one considered a dependent gets the rebate, but your parents will get $300 for having you listed as a dependent. Go tell them that you are the only reason they got it and take the money

Mine is going into savings.. To buy ammo for when gas prices hit 5.00 a gallon and riots in the street make it too difficult to work or buy groceries and I have to survive off the land..

probably use mine to replace the roof, but I have a question. Didnt Bush say back in feb that the checks were meant to stimulate the enconomy. That you could use it to buy a stereo, put a down payment on a car, basically buy whatever it was you wanted that you didnt have enough cash for. Then on friday he gives his speech about the checks and goes on to say its to be used to off set the high prices of gas and food.

Plane tickets for two to Chicago and hotel room during the visit while we run the Chicago Marathon. Works out just about right.
