Acorn Rage
My wife and I just had a baby this week so I have spent a lot of time watching hunting shows late at night and have been seeing more and more on come here deer and acorn rage lately. Acorn rage has a new prod called fusion thats a hard candy material that last for up to five weeks. These concepts seem like they work does anyone have any experience with these or success stories. I have used the deer cane before and had good results with it once they find it but someitmes it takes a while.-
Re: Acorn Rage
I tried acorn rage last hunting season and the deer did not touch it. Maybe the deer were not used to it.

CONGRATS on the baby! That's great, we are having a boy in October and I cant wait.
I'm planning on using come here deer this year. I watched a show that was filmed on one the MS river islands and they ate it up.....of course it might end up like my first TX hunt....180 degrees from what you see on TV...although you do see dozens of deer standing on the side of the road at night

I had the same result with the acorn rage. Deer walked around it and it stayed in a pile until I quit hunting the spot. No effect. If it had been mixed with some corn it would have worked!!!

Re: Acorn Rage
last year the rage worked like a charm for me... it didnt matter where i put it the deer tore it up. when it was on the ground they ate into the ground and when i put it on a stump they ate half the stump.. tremendous stuff..
Deer, ducks, and turkeys.
Re: Acorn Rage
real acorns off of the oaks where I hunt do a hell of a lot better job for me, the deer are already tearing em up, I picked up a coffee can full of em and piled them in front of the camera, and they were gone over night
Re: Acorn Rage
Killzone is right... me and him put it out at our place and they tore it to stumps and the ground to pieces and are even coming back to the same spots this year without having put any out yet.... may be because we have a lot of soybeans around us and that is mainly what this stuff is

Re: Acorn Rage
Isnt it pretty much invisible. How could it be proven that this is what you put out, or that it wasnt put out 1 or 2 years ago?
Re: Acorn Rage
I mean im not trying to be an @$$ by no means im just having a little curiosity run through my head right now....So how come if all these attractants are illegal to hunt over the Wildgame Innovations-Weekend Success (http://www.wildgameinnovations.com/prod ... ccess.html) can be sold in the state of Mississippi, cause this seems like its kind of promoting hunting over this stuff...
