Take the door's hinges need repair if it has a window unit(AC) take it out it need's cleaning.I had to deal with this one time my wife had a rental house,I did the evication thing guy got smart and said he had 30 day's.Being he was also a redneck and we are in a small town and the law did not care much for him I told him ok you got 30 day's but I'm gonna come beat your ass everyday your here have me arested and I'm gonna beat your twice in same day,he was gone in a day and a half.Just got to know how to talk redneck.
