Update - Ty is still in a Coma but is stable enough to be flown to Maryland.........

I never thought the war would get as close to me as it did this weekend.

My wifes first cousin Lt. Col. Ty Edwards USMC, was shot in Afganistan Friday night. We got the call from his dad at 2 AM Saturday morning. Its not good he was shot in the head and they finally got him stable enough to fly him to Germany late yesterday.

Last year he moved his wife Anna and their 6 and 4 year olds to Okanawa Japan, he is stationed their. A strong woman to say the least........and now in a foriegn country alone.

Please please keep the whole Edwardes Family in your prayers..........
