Example. say week 1 on chest do dumb bells but week two do the bar wieghts. keeps the muscles guessing and growing if you swap up exercises each week. you don't even have to do heavy weight. i started doing light weight with high repetitions and you can tell big time. i also start my workout everyday with twenty minutes of cardio.

Monday.....Chest
Tuesday....Back
Wednesday....Legs
Thursday....Shoulders and Traps
Friday.....Arms
Dependin on how many days you wanna work out during the week, you can mess around with what you work on each day....
When i get more time ill tell you what exercises i do on each day...
yea thats a great point....i never do the same workouts. its dumbells one week then barbells the next. i cant do cardio everyday or i will lose weight instead of gainin it. my @#$%&* metabolism is so fast that if i do to much i cant even keep anything on. but ive gotta do it for heart reasons, other wise, it wouldnt get done at all!!!
