This is a pot-luck kind of thing and if everyone doesn't participate then we will not have enough to feed everyone.

Put me on the list for homemade chili w/ (crackers and corn chips) plus some desserts.

Thanks....r.c.a.1971

Hey guys,
I was just informed that there will be a surprise addition to the menu Thursday night.
So, I think what we can do is these two surprise items will be there and we can cook the sasuage, duck popers, or other finger food stuff (maybe the chili, gumbo, or what ever) and save the rest of our cooking for Friday and Saturday night.

Joel, I have the guys from Michigan bringing Elk steaks for Thursday night. Do not know exactly how much but lets try to have a couple of other things to go with the Elk.
