I've had enough of this. I'm calling the Mofo myself. Mike Kennedy at work and telling him that I'm going to call his wife and his boss and tell them what's going on. I just need his opinion on which one I should call first and does he want to tell them before I do. See if reality hits his dream world. I'll keep you posted as to how it goes.

Oh, and when I was talking about bum and her getting a little revenge. That would be with candles and red wine.

Retain an attorney and have them subpenoa those phone records and text conversations from the phone company....that gives you leverage with the wife, the employer, your wife and the courts...if you decide to ever need it, now or in the future....

This isn’t always the case. I have a friend that went through almost the exact same thing. His wife cheated, he forgave her, and then she done it again. The second time around he hire a PI to follow her and take pics, lots of pics. When it was all said and done, he got custody of his daughter and the ex-wife didn’t get a penny. The highlight of the whole ordeal was when she received a court order to get out of the house. His lawyer had filed an order to have her removed from the home. When my friend got home, he told her to pack her stuff and get out or he would have her arrested for trespassing. My friend was willing to do whatever it took to win and it paid off for him. In the case of getting custody, you would be surprised at what a lawyer can turn into abandonment on her part when in front of a judge.

Def the wife cause she might sit home all day and he won't know what hit him when he walks in the door. Far as that goes it might be a knife or atleast a lamp or two. Whats that saying hell has no fury of that of a scorned wife, or something? Let him know first then he has time to get his story together.

went through the same thing a year ago this month I got the home both kids including my 15 year old daughter who told her mom she would only live with me, we are happy now and she never crosses our minds. Time makes it better I promise. Never utter a bad word to those kids about their mom they know and will figure things on their own if you do this your kids will realize that you are a great dad and they will be able to count on you for any thing they ever need and in return they will be your saving grace.

That's a good suggestion from Experience there!
