Chainsaw Repair
Can anyone recommend a good, local guy? (Metro area). BTW, leland Speed went out of business, so the only gig in town in GOT GEAR (that's just a sidebar...sorry). Anyway, really need a good chainsaw repair DUDE. Thanks

I use the Ace Hardware in Clinton. Ashton is the guy that works on mine and does a great job.

I believe it is called Johnson Big Wheel. It is on hwy 51. They sell Stihl and Husky and service most chainsaws. They have always done a great job with all of my equipment and are pretty reasonably priced and conveniently located in Madison.

He can work on that then. If it's a Poulan he'll laugh at you and tell you that you need to upgrade.

who will work on a craftsman chainsaw. took it to ace in clinton and they wouldnt touch it. it ran good last year. i think the carb needs cleaning. will rankin rental do this?

Ended up taking mine to 2 J's , down Hwy 51 past Gludenstat (sp). He works on anything and everything with a motor. Fairly inexpensive too.
