Any Ducks?

Has anyone started to see any ducks yet? I was out on the river (MS) this weekend looking around and found several groups of mallards, canadas, and teal. We also saw a bald eagle circling over a sandbar which was pretty cool. With the river dropping and the fields mostly dry, hopefully some fronts will bring some much needed rain and cold weather before the season.

Saw about 20 gadwalls this AM on the lake in my back yard. First ducks I've seen on my lake this year!! [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I saw about 20-30K around NE AR. on Friday and Sat.

Hey UnklJon, we are smokin' em up here in OKlahoma....season opened Saturday....6 of us killed 36 in 21 minutes,,,,,Sunday 5 of us killed 30 in 25 minutes...

Amazing.....and 65 degrees.

I saw a couple of hundred ducks on York Woods last Friday.
