Great answer. Thanks.

It is the dog in my signature. Trained him myself. First pet ever. I think y'all are gonna like him.

Check in and bitch check will start around 6:30AM. Since they are full, I would not want to be late. They will try to get tests started by 8:00AM because of the heat. You might want to be at the test site b/4 8:00 so that you can hear the handlers briefing.

I might not be there after all. I'm gonna have to call tomorrow to see if my money made it in time, which brings me to another question and maybe some of you SF guys can answer me this. I'm still new to the game to, but why don't clubs use huntsecretary? It seems a lot easier on both sides to me. Handlers know when a test is full and don't send there money in for nothing. They also know who else is playing. Don't have to read peoples hand writing. Just asking, because I might be missing something

If the club has a person who is willing to step up to the challenge of hunt secretary, it saves the club money. Huntsecretary.com, along with Entry Express charge the club for each entry. Even when using those online entry services, someone still has to be at the hunt site each day to man check in. The online entry services also have an entry deadline. This keeps any later entries from being posted and must be dealt with seperately by some individual. Hunt test booklets are also limited to the number of entries by the online entry services.

Also, things have changed... used to be everyone filled up way ahead of time. Nowadays, most hunt dont start getting entries until week and half before the hunt. With an outside source doing the entries, sometimes the bulk of your entires come after the services deadlines... so now you have to complie what they send, with what you have, and its as much or more work than doing it straight up. Nothing is better for hunt secetarys than having those entries early, but with the shape of things nowadays, well, it just doesnt happen anymore. Anytime you can make it easier for a hunt secetary do... premiums with all the info as early as possible, sure make it easier on them.

ive done every job at a hunt test, except secetary. No way would I take it on. Thanks to all who do, espeically the ones as good at it as Ms Glenda and Tony. travis

man drive over and see what it be. Then you'll know, and you can make plans to come to southern flight in just a few weeks. travis
