I read about that... A guy out at our camp shot one with his bow last weekend.. Stayed in the stand for about another hour before he got down and tried to go get the yote. He said the other coyotes had already found the dead yote and were growling and snarling at him as he approached.. Said he just backed out of there slowly..

Thats another reason I pack my glock into the stand. I know its illeagle but I tote every time I go into the woods at our camp. We're loaded w/ Hogs, yotes, and Rattlers.

Kill em all, they fun to shoot. We run a trap line foir them as well, they are very coy when cornered.
Damn, i thought I had that one

Them must be some bad ass coyotes. They scared as they can be of me. Of course maybe its me who is the Bad ass and they can sense it. Yep thats it!!! :D

Back in 88, I was camping out at a friend's place off Dry Ridge road out from Raymond and had left something at the friend's house I had to go retrieve. The flashlight batteries were about toast and there was about 200 acres of pasture to cross between the campsite and the friend's house. Had a buttload of coyotes follow me up and back staying around 20 - 40 yards back. I'd flash the light behind me and it would look like a string of christmas lights.

Wasn't really concerned because I assumed coyotes wouldn't attack.

I've seen three this year at one of my places. Can't ever get a shot. Has to be alot of em heard em get fired up, howlin the other night right at dark behind my stand. Gotta exterminate a few forsure.

Ya know, i wouldnt wish harm on anybody.. and I aint trying to make lite of her death at all. But she's a CANADIAN FOLK SINGER. voted best new canadian folk singer... how many could there been? I didn't know there where any new folk singers, let alone canadian folks singers. Just struck me as odd. travis
