Gordon yoyu used the words ostentatious and svelte I know you went to law school and all but you dont have to talk like that around us......now Gator will spend all weekend trying to top you with some of his hoodie guru bullshat.....and greenhead 22 will spend the weekend trying to google those words to see what they mean.

That was a great summation of a great weekend, Gordon. As one of the motley and mixed crew that had never been pheasant hunting before that weekend, I can honestly say that the experience was one I will always remember (except for maybe a couple of hours after my introduction to Sweet Lucy that first night). The only thing better than the hospitality and the hunt ,though, was the company. Tell Tommy I said "hello" for me.

he would yell 'TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!'
like his Daddy used to do" ... GO JACKETS!

Another thing that I thought was great about the guys we hunted with, when one of our group mentioned he had a Viszla (Sp?) he was training and wondered if he could bring it along they welcomed the dog with open arms. I have to say that I was a bit surprised, as many guides are reluctant to let folks bring their dog (and rightly so as a green dog has the potential to ruin many hunts) but Brennan and Kevin just showed their true character by letting the pup get some work in, and man did she have fun.

Here is "Remmie" examining another rooster that fell victim to my father-in-law's 410.
