Duck Commander Decoys . . .

Postby dukewoody » Mon Dec 07, 2009 11:15 am

Needing some new decoys and was wondering if anyone has the new Carry Lite Duck Commander Decoys, and if so, do you like em. I notice the heads look more purple than green in the pics. Any input would be appreciated.

This doesn't answer your question but......If you turn a drake mallard's head into the sun just right, there's some purple in there, too.

If Phil Robertson says their heads are purple, they must be purple!

i never used them, but i was fortunate enough to see some of the prototypes, they looked good, but looked like they would be a pain to use, not sure if he made any improvments after i saw them.

I think the waker maker would be awesome but I can't figure how they can say that it will not interfere with a dog. I think everytime a dog ran through it you would have to go set all the lines again.

We used it in shallow water were the dog could just jump the line, its tight. It does interfer no way around that. The dog can learn where they are but it really just knows where she has hit it.
