New shocks for the hunting truck.

Postby kc86 » Tue Dec 08, 2009 3:41 pm

It's time to put new shocks on my hunting truck just curious what your ideas may be. It is a 03 Chevrolet Silverado Extended cab 4wd, does have the Z71 package as if that makes a difference but to the price tag only. I want something good and heavy duty as I do use it often pulling a boat in the winter and summer, as well as a welding utility trailer some in the summer for small projects I do. Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks felllas.

I need some too for my hunting truck.

Actually, the Z71 package does have different shocks/suspension package than the standard.

Z71 means it comes with Rancho shocks and in the year you mentioned that is bout the only difference other than skidplates. Just put some adjustable Payload Rancho's on it they will do all you need leaf springs take up most of the abuse in the back anyway.
Damn, i thought I had that one

Is that buddy of yours tryin to blow that call or make love to it?
