I have a mallard machine and have used it once (with a borrowed battery). I am thinking of getting a trolling motor battery to run mine but want to know how many hours of use will the standard 12v mallard machine battery get?

I've ran my Mojo Mallard 5 or 6 hours and it was still going strong. Plus the batteries are cheap to buy...
