well how many

Postby outlaw josey wales » Mon Feb 01, 2010 5:20 pm

how many of yall are gonna let the high dollars leases go after 2 years of bad hunting? i have heard alot of guys saying they are done and dont blame them. if it wasnt for a few froze up mornings that the ducks had to go to the only few open holes we would have had a really bad year . this is one of the worst i ever had and i will deer hunt more next year just because im not going to just sit and watch the sky with nothing to see or call to. it was tough over our way on everyone

I would think that the high dollar leases may not be so high dollar anymore.

Then I have a hole that is perfect for you. and it will only cost you $5,000 a year. Guarenteed sunrise view.

Our seasone was so bad this year, I put the dekes up and picked up the crappie poles in December :P It was a very smart move to. I still like to kill em, but Im going back to the attitude I had several years ago for next year, and that is spend more time with dad and grandada at deer camp and of course spend more time crappie fishing than anything.

Even if you give them up, there is going to be someone ready right behind you ready to pay. Don't think you will see the prizes come down anytime soon, not sense duck hunting has become the "cool thing to do".

what about after more than a few bad years?? and any food you can plant... the guy next door has more in twice as much acreage and only hunts that place once a year, if at all?? a sanctuary, for the overwhelming most part...is it still to (too  ) much fun to quite (quit  ) that place and look for another? is a deer lease worth a duck lease price, when more productive duck leases cost less? what would it take to get a spell check for the forum?? jeeze louise

my apologies to all, no sense in subjecting y'all to that just because my chapped booty is torched - nothing y'all did and spelling has nothing to do with it...i'll put myself in time-out now for not playing well with others. again, i'm sorry and i'll try not to let it happen again.
