Well mine does not do too much fussing during duck season, or fishing the other 8 months or travel for work or my softball tournaments, so she can do what she wants with the inside of the house. All I ask is that I can but my feet on the coffee table when we don't have company. Just not that important to me........

Now now benny......I guarantee they say the same thing about all our stuff that ends up taken out of storage during duck and deer hunting time months and moved into the house. I.E shells, waders, coats, boot, caps, heavy duty socks, gloves, rattling horns, ect. ect. ect.ect. ect. only thing mine complain's about is when I leave my boots in the middle of the floor, :x cause she usually trips over them :x . I just do that too keep her on her toes. Dont want her too think she's refined me too much
"You can either shoot on the next pass or watch me do it." Winchester rules hehehehe .......Amen

I came in from bow hunting when I first got married and left my clothes on the floor while I got a shower. My wife took my hunting clothes and washed them in that downey smelling chit and then dried them with bounce sheets. She then ironed and folded them.

I didn't say a damn word. Just bought some rubber maid tubs to store my clothes and put them in the shop where she can't get at 'em. :D
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. Benjamin Franklin.

Those who can do. Those who can't get on MSDUCKS and try to convince everyone they can.

That's so when you pass a good looking woman, she knows by the scent that you are married.

Kinda reminds me of the country music song:

"She changed her mind when she couldn't change me"

I can see Benny in his overalls sitting on the front porch now!

Well Ole Ben I'll tell you this much.

When you find that woman that fits you like a glove you are willing to make those small sacrifices for her. Hell the way I see it all I really do is sleep there anyway. She is the one that spends the most time in the house so it should be more for her. My lake Camp house is made up for men and she has made attempts to refine it but realized it was a lost cause. The bottom-line is that I care more about her than the dang material items that get in the way.

Very true, Ben - that's why, if you have no desire to have kids, you should never get married. Aside from raising kids, I have yet to hear a single positive argument for marriage.

Love? Yeah, sure, why not, if you're a hopeless romantic or can't stand being alone. Good rule of thumb, though, if a couple uses the words "soul mate" within a year of meeting each other, give the over/under on that marriage 4 years. Of course, divorces between "soul mates" are about the nastiest I've ever seen.

Sex? Ask married guys how often they get action. You're better off emotionally and financially either buying a hooker or scamming redneck babes down at the Dock. Plus, you avoid a situation like this that happened to a buddy of mine - he's ready to go and the wife says, "OK, just get on, be quick and don't make any noise." You never get that from a twentysomething lawyer you picked up at Bravo!

Food? Tough one here. Maybe in the old days. Like a saying I once heard, "Cookin' lasts; kissin' don't." Most women now can't cook worth a damn. Too busy with careers to learn how to make biscuits and fried chicken like grandma used to.

Only real negative about being single is that you actually have to work for your p***y.

Oh, yeah, one more thing---if you stay single, you can just break up with a chick and you don't have to worry about her taking half your chit when she walks out the door. If she's psycho, you may have to worry about her starting a fire or breaking stuff, but that's small potatoes compared to the alternative.
