I like the looks of that "Ambush". I might have to try a build on something similar next spring. 8)

Here's my wife's Fatboy DP (dual purpose) with blind cover and lids........inside her 1436 Alumacraft w/ 15 Yammie.

Momarsh makes a lid for this boat as an 'extra'.

We have 'his & her' boats  ........these 2 are 'hers'.

When she gets to the ramp, she just slides the layout boat over the side and tows it behind the Jon boat. Otherwise, it'll drag behind the 4-wheeler if field hunting.

I used to have some of those duck coffins. Sure were heavy but they worked.

Are you kidding?..........Yes - failure to keep either craft 'non-airbourne' would be grounds for divorce.

In the photo - the bow rope on the FBDP goes from it bow tow eyelet and ties to the trailer frame - not the boat below (that way it holds both on the trailer. There's also a rachet-type woven web nylon tie-down strap over the stern of the DP and it also hooks to the trailer frame.

Is that the fully flocked 1436 or just the pro grade?

You forgot to make that hyphenated superlative.........'fully-flocked'........very important to have long hyphenated words in descriptive adds for hunting products.....kinda catches the eye of the 'normal' guy where he has to stop a minute and go..... :? "HUH?" :? ........"I better read that again"
