Somebody hired a lawyer? Because of the internet? I understand that I don't understand, but damn. I mean, I don't understand BECAUSE IT'S THE INTERNET!! So, if rebelduckaholic, rebelyelp or some other mutant that I happen to know personally gets on here and says something to the effect of, "Mottlet drinks hippie beer and will be first to pop up and shoot at a spoonie on a slow day," which are both technically true but damn near impossible to prove, actual evidence being held to the regard that it is in a court of law, I can sue em? Riiiight.

i was thinkin along the same lines....but......you know how sue happy people are now-days, and graspin at straws is graspin at straws.

i can hear it now....
judge: "now, mr.....hammer?? hammer, really?....ok, now, mr hammer what is it that you've brought mr sno....mr snot???...what is goin on here? is this some type of humor i'm not getting?"
hammer: "no sir, this man besmerched me on a duck forum and i don't believe he is mr wall, the brother of an x-club memeber i screwed over pretty hard...a a a deer forum actually, but on a duck site."
judge: "A WHAT? a duck forum??.....dismissed, get out of my courtroom and don't come back with this playground ya-ya....a duck forum?....of all things.....because you called the wrong people the wrong name and accused them of hear-say and you got your booty handed to you over the interweb......and you want to waste my time with this why, again?"
hammer: "because he besmerched me, because i besmerched a couple of other people on the forum first.....well THEY aren't on the forum, but he knows them........and now i can't lease out that 70 ac for $2k like i wanted to...."
That's freaking hilarious!

hi my name is Rick Daughtry..i kill 130-150 inch deer on another guys land that is a neighbor and lets me hunt for the maintance of his property and tells me to treat it like its mine....amazing what you can get if ya ask for it and be good to thy neighbor....as for good management Hammer ..you are stating that you MANAGE these lands for big deer ...every good manger should have his own tools of the trade ....so the ? at hand ..Why did you have to borrow a members disc and brake it then not help payfor it...if i borrow anything form anyone and it goes back to them it will go back better and cleaner than it was before i got it ...thats how you treat people in a good christain fashion....just wondering.....
Isn't it crazy Rick how if you just treat someone right, maybe offer to help work on their land, or assist in other ways they'll let you hunt on their land. I guess T LOGAN thinks that money is the only form of currency.

And good question about my disc....doubt we get an answer though.

All I want to say is that it's not a HIPAA violation to say that someone fell out a tree... HIPAA protects the privacy of MEDICAL INFORMATION...that's not really medical...

That being said...my head is spinning with whose suing who and whose whose...but from the looks of it....Hammer, you're FAUX Qed

Ya but if the medic says to his buddy..."Hey man, you'll never guess the call we got today. You know Johnny Roberts from down the street? Well he fell out of his treestand and broke his leg and we had to pick him up and rush him to UMC."

That my friend IS THE DEFINITION of a HIPAA violation.....Take it from someone who is in nursing school and gets blasted with HIPAA rules every day of the week
