All righty then...I have finally had time to read all the posts on this thread- which started with my posting a hunting club opportunity. SNOT hijacked the thread, accused me of being a con man and instead of turning the other cheek like I have done for two years- which Dutch Dog has verified by his posts- this time I decided to take a stand. Even thought that is not Christ like and I know it is wrong. Every man has his breaking point and I have reached mine. My stand is against SNOT (Roe Wall's brother), GODNWERB (either Kyle or Keith Sandridge), STONEPONY (either Kyle or Kieth Sandridge), REMINGTON (their buddy Nick ???) and anybody else that attacks me with false, baseless lies and insinuations that I have repeatedley discredited. The rest of you guys have made some of the funniest, most epic posts ever and I welcome/celebrate and encourage your participation.

I will not respond to all of the allegations made here sicne some of them are so pathetic as to not merit it but you have got to be kidding me if having rules to a hunting club makes me a control freak. I have two other properties plus public land that I hunt as well as BRHC. A control freak could not stand not to be there. But you have to have rules to keep things fair for all members. Lets talk about trail cams for an example.

The guy with the time and the money to put out multiple trail cams has an advantage over everybody else in the club. I have two trails cams at BRHC, another member has two and another member has one. We are not required to say where the photos came from except fro what section they were taken in and we are not allowed to check them after August 1 except when doing work in the immediate vicinity of the camera. Why? Because everytime you step in the woods you leave scent and that scent has an effect on your deer long after you are gone. You cause a risk and if you and only you get the reward, that is not fair to the other members- several of whom are from out of town and could never man trail cams like those of us whom live here.

For those of you paying attention, SNOT and his crew said I used a trail cam photo of a monster buck from 2006 taken on a different property to lure members into my club. That was disproven when I not only had another trall cam photo of the same buck in 2007 but also had a photo of him dead in 2008. How many clubs do you know of in MS where there are trail cam photos in 2006, trail cam photos in 2007 and a dead deer photo in 2008- all of a buck that grosses 172"? That right there should be enough to put the discusson about the quality of our hunting to rest forever. But throw in 15-20 does per year, 3-4 bucks per year, lots of chases and fights, a close location and we got a good club for the money. That is why guys rejoin the club year after year. There are seval of us passing 3.5 yar old bucks in the high 120s and 130s just because we got a wall full of them and it makes us happy to let the go so they can grow or let less experiendd memgbers shoot them because it will be their best buck ever. I have lost ocunt but 8-10 guys have killed their biggest buck at BRHC.

Since the trail cam photo lies didnt work, SNOT and company tried to say that my place had no deer because it was poached too much, etc. Yet guys keep getting back in the club year after year and guys that were in the club, got out one year and then got back in a few years later. So that blew up in their face. They arent the kind of guys that hang out on web forums but they will jump into the fray soon enough.

Now SNOT et. al. are trying to make it about a disc? You have got to be kidding me. The disc did not have the right pins to begin with, then it broke on the first food plot. They are branding me a con artist becvuse of a broekn weld on an old, wore out disc? You have got to be kidding! If the disc was that big a deal, why did the owner of the disc pay his full fine for shooting an illegal buck less the $100 credit for the skull mount that I gave him even though he broke the nose out of my mount? I liked Roe then and I like him now. I dont hold any of this against him because I have seen SNOT and the Sandridge boys cuase trouble with many other guys on many other forums. It is an obsession with them- they really cant help thmselves but that is not my concern. My concern is justice and I will get it.

So none of that worked and they want to talk about HIPPA violations? What a joke. I am not a medical professional, I can talk about anybody's medical condition that I want to. What was said to me is my business and I will not discuss it beyond what has been said here. I cant be forced to testify if I invoke the 5th amendment so what a joke of a discussion.

None of that works so they go after my radio show, sponsors, etc.. Take your best shot punks! I cant wait to see what yall come up with when that doesnt work either.

What kind of man questions another man's faith? Jesus gave me the strength to turn the other cheek against thise lies for two years but I have finally gotten weak. My human pride has stepped in and tells me it is time to fight. First on the internet and then in the boxing ring if SNOT has the guts. I have and will continue to ask for forgiveness for this sin but I am prepared to live with it so bring it on SNOT. Three three minute rounds. Let me set the record straignt on one other thing. Dan P got part of it right but most of it wrong- Sound familiar?

I was Executive Director of Delta Land Trust and we did accept a few conservation easements but that was not our primary focus. Our primary mission was to stop the Corps of Engineers from destroying what remains fo the South Delta. We did that by joining the Mississippi Sierra Club and nine south Delta landowners in suing to stop the Big Sunflower River "Maintenance" Project. We won when the Missisisppi Supreme Court repealed the water quality certificatin for the project. Then we joined American Rivers, National Wildlife Federation, Gulf Restoration Network, Mississippi Wildlife Federation and scientists from all over teh country to convince the EPA to repeal the 404 permit for the Yazoo Pumps Project. I worked with economists from Virginia Tech, EPA, FWS and several other private frims and universiites on teh economics side of those projects. I also worked on PR and publicity which resulted in coverage on ABC News World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, NY Times, Washington Post, Commerical Appeal, Clarion Ledger, Audubon magazine, Outside magazine, NPR, WGN Radio, to name just a few media outlets. While those projects were favored by a majority of Delta residents, there were enough Delta locals, Delta expatriates that still own land in the Delta (such as myself) and many Americans all over the country that EPA has tremendouse support for denyign the permit. Once those two missions were accomplished, Delta Land Trust had no reason to exist so we assigned our easements to other conservation organizations and shut her down, a process completed last year.

It was a joy fighting for natural heritage of my family (both my mothers side and my fathers side are from the Delta) and protecting the Creation from the further folly of man. Mark Twain said that the all the engineers in the world with the Solomon's mines at their back could not control the Mississippi River. The River willl win and it will be ugly when she does but not as ugly as if the Big Sun were dredged and the Pumps were built. Life aint a populatiry contest. Given the choice between doing what is popular or doing what is right, I will go with right every time.

Dan is right that I have been a real estate agent since the late 1990s but that is not now nor has it ever been my primary source of income. Guys getting into hunting clubs like BRHC generally arent good prospects for buyijng or selling land. They are in a cub because they cant afford to buy and they dont have any land to sell or else they would not be in a club. I manage BRHC because I enjoy deer management as much if not more than deer hunting. Except for the punks on these web forums and one knucklehead a year that shoots a 1.5 or 2.5 year old buck, managing the club is an absolute joy. Money cant buy the experience of helping a guy get a big buck out of the woods, a big buck that you grew from fawn to trophy on your buddy's wall. That will be true times 1000 when that hunter is my son who will be starting his deer killing career this year at age 9 after 6 years of training as a deer watcher.

I have also made some great frineds through BRHC. It obviously does not always work out that way but such is life fellas. Some guys like vanilla, others chocolate and others strawberry. I liek what I like and I dont care if you like something different. That is yo bidness.

DanP has a great sounding theory about me but like so much of the attacks on this webiste, the facts just dont bear it out. THe turth is that I am just a regular guy whom has been unbelievably blessed ot live an interesting life and gotten to hunt way mor ethan any man could ever deserve. Row Wall made a mistake, he paid his dues and his budies have been dogging me ever since. Raead enoug of their posts on tis and other forums and you will see right through their lies.

You do realize that the 5th Amendment only protects self-incrimination right? So if HIPAA does not apply to you (which I tend to agree it doesn't) then you cannot plead the 5th to avoid incriminating yourself in a potential HIPAA violation. Another tidbit, the 5th only applies to protect you from incriminating yourself in potential criminal prosecution; you can't use the 5th to avoid incriminating yourself for possible civil prosecution. I still believe there is more to it all, why would so many people have comments not just the ones mentioned about you or your con artist ways? I honestly have spoke to you several of times concerning your BRHC and some other properties in which your associated with. And I am not gonna vouch for you one bit. I think you are a somewhat decent guy over the phone, after all your career is a salesman. But once I spoke with you and got off the phone I wish I could have jumped thru the phone and slapped sense into you. Your rules are the biggest crock of sh*t I have ever heard. If I still have them I'll post them. I have 500 acres I lease for myself every year along the big black. I feed dang near year round and have 7 trail cams on that piece of property that are only turned off for batteries. I can go put feed out and 20 mims later have had 7 bucks 115-150 be standing there in hog heaven. So I think your trail cam rule is bogus and to think your member don't check is your own fault. I am in law enforcement and I hunt probably more than anyone I know. And travel the world doing it. So don't act like you have some upper hand on everyone. I personally know of deer that have been shot by poachers of your place year in and year out. No matter what you have been a part of or wanna claim to be a helping hand in doesn't make you Mr. Whitetail, I know people with less land and experience and they produce and kill 140-150 or bigger every year, and one year killed 11 off of 700 acres that went over 130 and biggest being 165. so Hammer, if you go hunt a place one afternoon and do not kill the big buck that is coming thru that particular area, is that area shot to $#!+ bc you didn't kill him and you went in there after August 1? get serious. hunting has alot to do with scouting but alot to do with luck. how many people have killed a deer smoking a skig on the stand. walking in and out of somewhere isn't going to run a deer off for good. what if a stray dog walks in those woods? is that deer going to go to another county bc of that scent? your rules are a little ridiculous. you do know deer patterns change with the temps and dont you master hunter? that is the reason they make trail cameras. they help you scout. If i was a betting man, you have checked your cameras after august 1 or made a reason of like no other to be in that area to give you the "right" to check them

Yes the disk broke, Yes I offered to take it to Tommy Shack to have it fixed (one of the best welders and best guys in the world) but I was not gonna pay for it becuase it was faulty from the get go. Roe said dont worry about it- bring it to the house- we visited for 15 minutes when I got there. No big deal at the time. He paid fine in full four months later. Fine was $500 by club rule. i gave him $100 discount for skull mount even though he broke the nose out of it and I did not fine him the $100 he owed for not shooting a doe. So he owed $600 and he paid $400. That $200 more than paid for the tack weld that broke on the disc. That is why Roe did not fuss about it. But here come his brother and his buddies with another agenda.

I have never stolen a stand from anybody- not at BRHC or anybody place else. Besides that nobody has ever furnihsed more than 3 or 4 stands for the club except me so my stealing 10 stands from somebody would be totally impossible. Either the Sandridge boy that made that post is lying that he got such a PM or the sender that sent it to him is lying.

Havent yall noticed that everybody attacking me is from Clinton? Is it because I am huge Ole Miss fan and they are Bullies? Is it because I am huge Madison Central fan and we own Clinton Arrows? Is it because we used to come to Clnton when I was in high school and rule that punk town? Jacktown in 1970s was a hecuva place. We ranged from Canton to Brandon to Clinton to Vicksburg and all points in between. Riverside Park had 1000-2000 kids hanging out on Friday night. We were pretty rough bunch. Not crazy like Barry Goff- the friend of SNOT, et. al, from Clinton who killed Oggie Carson, the

What I deleted pertained to a club near Flora. It was that part of the thread that SNOT hijacked. No reason to keep it up when SNOT obviously had another agenda. I have several guys who say they are jumpng in tomorrow. This is distasteful for them as it is for me and we all ahve better things to do but SNOT has made this what it is. I'm not going to argue about it. Every word i've said in my few brief posts is 100 percent true. I'm not going to quote Logan, because quoting one of his long boring posts would take up another page. Roe's disc was not old. I actually believe it was purchased earlier that year or the year before. It did have the right pin in it. I saw the pin the day before you picked it up and you must have had it when you picked up the disc with your tractor at his house. You told me when we got to the first plot that the pin must have fallen out. You didn't have a pin that would fit through the right hole, so you used a different one that caused the front blades to be off the ground. Sorry if i'm not saying that exactly right. I won't deny that I don't know anything about tractors. You didn't break it on the first food plot. You used it on two food plots in section 4 on the old port gibson side and you broke it on your way across the field to section 5. I may not have the section numbers right. It's been two years and I don't remember for sure. I don't have a problem admitting when i'm wrong about something. Hell, i'm wrong all the time. I'm just stating the facts, and sometime I'll throw an opinion out there. Yes, I think your rules are ridiculous, impossible to follow, and take all the enjoyment out of hunting. That's why I didn't get back in the camp and part of the reason I didn't hunt much that year. I live in Clinton and Raymond is close. It was getting late in the year, I didn't want to spend as much time traveling to hunt as I had in recent years, and I didn't have a place to hunt....so I got in. You wouldn't let us scout, you wouldn't let us put up stands because in your opinion you've been out there so long that if a stand should be there...it would be. You e-mailed me all upset because you were told my truck was at the reenactment field and wanted to know why I was on the property and one of my main reasons for being there was fixing up the blinds on those crappy field stands. Joining your camp was my fault. I made a mistake. Hopefully some of these facts will keep others from making a similar mistake. I'm all for sneaking into stands, keeping the woods quiet, not killing small deer, etc, You just take it so overboard. It just seems like you would have more success and not so many arguments if you would just chill out a little bit and let people enjoy themselves a little more. just my .02

ogie was from belzoni - he was scary smart, just not socially adept....used to tell us all about electricity and voltage to old sparky and how much the human body could take before it began to fry from the inside out - stuff like that. had a beautiful white german shepherd, but for some reason it ended up hanging in a tree and everybody thought he did it, but he would swear on a stack of bibles he didn't. he also hung out at sunflower parking lot on fri/sat when i used to run around belzoni - if anybody started hacking on him, there were plenty of guys who respected him enough to defend him...no matter how odd he seemed (when it wasn't basketball season that is - then he was on his bike to and from jxsn - why i don't know, but he had an obssession with jxsn prep basketball and as you say hammer, was a stats machine on everybody who played for prep).

I looked back at my replies to this thread and I really don't see how that should be directed at me?? What was it in response to? I'm trying my best to remain partial in this...as hard as that is, I am truly trying. I've even deleted a few posts that were overboard toward you, trust me I've gotten a few pm's about why I deleted them, I also quoted the original post you made so you couldn't say you didn't say this or that when in fact you did.
