Prayers needed as we have lost another member .

Freddie was loved by a lot of people - always smiling - just made you feel good to be around him. Always willing to share his knowledge of dogs and his time with others. We learned some good things from Freddie, not just about dog work - but he set a good example.

We are saddened, but we are thankful for the time with him and the positive influence he had in our lives for the short time we were around him. When we go to an HRC event, he will always be remembered, because he was at our first 'run' and offered nothing but support and encouragement.

Thoughts, prayers, and love go to his friends, family, and to his lasting memory - may God comfort and bless you all, in this difficult time.

As I posted earlier I was blessed to spend many mornings with Freddy in the duck waters...Lydia, the uncle kracker song was very fitting and brought a tear of joy to my eye today as Freddy kept Winston and I smiling most mornings but one particular morning he broke out his new Hero and proceeded to spice things up with a little music and his artist of choice was none other than uncle kracker...He will be missed but I know he will be with us in spirit as we take to the water this winter and I pray God will comfort you and your beautiful girls !

The song was very fitting, as Freddy always had a way to make you smile; I was blessed just to know him and call him a friend. You can bet that every retrieve "Delta" makes will always bring Freddy's memory back to me as well. Words cannot begin to express how deeply saddened I am for Lydia and the girls. Our continued thoughts and prayers go out to you Lydia.

I have known Freddy my entire life. He was like a brother to me. I have been like a family figure for right at 30 years. He has trained several of my dogs and he and I co-own Biscuit. If I ever had a question, he was always right there to give me and answer. I have always admired him for his love of life and his love for his family. Lydia, the Uncle Kracker song SMILE was great. He definitely loved Uncle Kracker and Aubree (the 3 year old) singing the entire song will remain in my mind forever. Thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls.

There has been a memorial fund set up for the family of Freddy McCrory. Donations to the Freddy McCrory Memorial Fund can be made at any Regions bank in 16 states or by mail at P.O. Box 222, Eupora, MS 39744. Please keep Freddy's entire family in your prayers. He will truly be missed by everyone that knew him, but especially his wife, Lydia and the girls.

Freddie was as good as they come. Always willing to help anyone, and never asked for anything in return. The world has lost a very special man with his passing.

My prayers are with his family.
