nice bird. where did it come from? If it wasn't an aviary bird, that is a trophy for sure (especially if killed in the US).

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day

hey justin, i am a sculler. chase a bunch of stuff in january every year here.nothing like a late january canvasback or redhead for sure...
Re: Bluewinged/Cinnamon Hybrid
although i have never done it, i have always wanted to scull....a mutual friend of ours - stephen sheppard - was all fired up about it in the spring.....i almost pulled the trigger on it, but i can't for the life of me figure out where i'm going to keep that long sucker when season isn't in.birdartist wrote:hey justin, i am a sculler. chase a bunch of stuff in january every year here.nothing like a late january canvasback or redhead for sure...
i've heard it's deadly but is a lost art and takes a good deal of practice to master......
i hit your gallery last night, always impressive work man!

Re: Bluewinged/Cinnamon Hybrid
Is that the one Harry judged at the SR? If so I have his brother from Jeff. I've killed two in the wild in Mazatlan, see www.getducks.com, and raised 3 more. Still have a good one in the freezer if you know anyone that is interested.
