Deer running rampant in the streets, squirrels effin up the power lines, black bears running loose at the stadium. Sounds to me y'all need to start shooting some chit up there in Oxford.

UPDATE: The power is back on!! I pulled back into my neighborhood this afternoon and there were two guys in cherry pickers working on the transformer, and I CHIT YOU NOT the lines and cables they were pulling down and replacing looked like a shark had gotten after them!! WTF?? I'll never look at squirrels the same way again. I never thought I'd refer to squirrels as douche bags, but that's what they are, little furry douche bags. Thanks for the feedback from all. Good times.

One morning about 22 years ago at my house in Harahan, LA, I was getting ready to go to court(and I ain't no lawyer), I hear a loud report as if a BIG gun went off. My electricity went off at the same time. I called LP&L to report it and wonder of wonders, a service truck shows up 10 minuets later. The elec. feed ran in the back of the house so the guy goes back there and says that a fuse was blown most likely from a squirrel shorting between two points. He resets the fuse on the transformer with a long decoy retriveing thingy and then looks around on the ground and shows me the problem. A dead squirrel with his innards blown clean out about 25' away!

So it do happen!

You need to make you one of these and have a little fun with the little bastages.
