A short tale entitled "Ye wanderin vessel adventure"...or "Anybody seen myfreakin boat" by Driveby

Me remembers long ago when i was but a yonker sittin on me dear mudders lap,she was a Saint she was, she says to me- wee little Driveby you r destined for sumtin great in your life. Me not knows whetter it be great adventures on de high seas or if it be daring adventure afield in pursuit of dangerous beast like your dear ol Pappy Phil. Me only knows that high adventure awaits you me lad.
When i became a shaver, i packed me bags and set out in pursuit of my destiny. A sailin man i will become says i. I searched and searched the 4 corners of the world to find a vessel worthy of said pursuits, be they tranquil or frot with danger. At last i find such vessel to speed me toward my conquest. It be called an otter. Though it be short of keel and beam with no sail to speak of, it was a fitting vessel non the less. Such a worthy vessel should have a name befittin great voyages to come. But what name would that be? I pondered to me self. All the good names such as Dreadnaught and BlackPearl were taken. Me recalls some mention of an initiation ritual to take place at ye ol BDDC so me settles on the word that describes the rite of passage for new members. "Breachload" is a fitting name says i ! We shall christen it "Breachload".

The day is set, my first mate Gimpy and i shall load the vessel on rolling stock and traverse to ye ol BDDC for the christening ceremony. We gingerly place "Breachload" in the cradle of rolling stock and prepare to embark. Me says to Gimpy,be all hatches battoned down, missenmast secured, and appurtenances accounted for? Ayee aye Capn, she be as secure as if cradled in ye dear mudders bossum. Well done Gimpy, let us proceed forthwith to ye ol BDDC.

Upon arrival at said BDDC, low and behold me sees me vessel has come unstove!! But how can that be? Gimpy, me thoughts you said all items be secure but me ye vessel did not make the full journey with us!! What will me do? The horror,the shame, the sadness me can not bare! What will become of me? What of me high adventures, voyages, conquest on the dreadfull black waters of the BDDC? What of the rites of passage me long for? Me dear ol mudder, did i mention she was a Saint, would be ashamed of such an ill fated lad.

So if any of ye dear ol souls on your travelins about the 7 seas happen upon me vessel, please, please, please, i beseach thee..................................return me beloved "Breachload".

Couldnt snap a pic but I had a Duck Ninja spotting Tuesday night at the Chili's in Tupelo. Ninja came in head to toe in camo and still had on his facepaint...thick...in Chili's...WOW

Alright, I thought it would be nice to have a thread devoted to Duck Ninja, Hardcore Waterfowler, and general Topwater spottings. I plan to have my camera or at least my phone handy to take pictures from now on so that I may post pics of these elusive sportsmen. Post up your spottings and pics if you have them.
