That's not a camel, it's a mid east limousine, he is the head peaceful riot messer-upper.
They should have passed out grenades with those sticks.

It almost looks like the dude on the camel was thinking "sweet, I think there's a block party going on in the square! I better get my camel all gussied up and cruise on down. I $#!+ this isn't a party!"greenheadgrimreaper wrote:It looks like the camel is sayin' WTF MAAAN!

Re: Egypt protests
not a doom and gloom kinda guy, but I feel like you are 100% correct. These people that want him out are the radicals who want to eliminate Christianity over there and want to cut any tie with the US. This is just another battle in the "Holy War" and another step for the radical Muslims to get anothe piece of the puzzle.CBRADGO wrote:Maybe this is the beginning of the end, or the start of the beginning. Either way, something in my gut tells me this isn't going to end in a positive way, too many dominoes behind this one and this one is falling fast...
Start stocking up on ammo now boys...
Ammo is a good idea among other things. Can I get a grenade launcher with a Class 3?
There will be a day....

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time by the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I think Jefferson's words ring as true today as they did in his day. I don't know the outcome of the protests in Egypt but when a government ceases to be accountable to the people, the people will inevitably assert their will.

I don't believe our culture/society is capable...fact is we have evolved (as a whole) as a nation of lazy and DEPENDENT people. We have no real social unity and the pieces of trash we've elected and paid handsomely to "run our nation" have done nothing but allow for complete segregation and dependency amongst our nation to keep their jobs and support their agendas through lack of control over immigration and lack of natural hierarchy within society in the name of things like integration and equality...we are far too dependent and we don't have the radical nature within our prominent religions and overall culture to do as these extremist...our gov't will just continue to F us and then allow us to be attacked, murdered, enslaved, or a fair mix of all those things one day.donia wrote:SHANE704 wrote:our government needs to take notes on this

If you look at what is going on in Eqypt it seems a pretty cross cultural group. You have Dr and Lawyers protesting for a more democratic govt, you have students and young adults protesting because of lack of jobs and high unemployment, and you have the Muslim Brotherhood protesting the support of Isreal and US by Mubarek. They may not all be protesting for the same thing, but they are all against the govt.. Let the US keep going the way it is, where you have high unemployment, huge debts, drastice cuts in Medicare/Meidcade/SS to curb the debt and a govt that appears to not be listening to the people and just about everyone has some beef with the govt.camlock wrote:I don't believe our culture/society is capable...fact is we have evolved (as a whole) as a nation of lazy and DEPENDENT people.
