I remember a whole bunch of folks pitching in to help a fella in need many years ago after his house burned. Plenty of good has come as a result of this ole board!

I remember 5.5 years ago when Katrina hit, I was at my inlaws house in IL and we found out my moms home had been smashed by the storm. THey were in Massachucetts to evacuate. We found a plane ticket to Jackson and my sister flew there to help and we couldn't get there to pick her up until about 2 am. I put a post up here for Ramsey to help and in 5 minutes I had 3 phone calls to pick her up from the airport. Ramsey ended up doing it and his family put her up for the night and fed her until we could get there.

I once wrote a story about this place, simply titled “Ducksouth”. Although it never was posted, and only sit’s in my archives, the story was one that I always felt would have greatly summed up the gang that use’s this site.

I can attest that there are some great people on this site. I’ve been helped in ways one could not even acknowledge, and I am grateful. All in all, just a great group of guys and their actions speak loudly!

2 Things that have stuck out to me the most since I been on here.
How alot of people stepped up for a little man named Griff. Had to of meant the world to that family and little guy. Hope he gets stronger from all that

It absolutley meant the world to us. We still have prayers and support sent our way from this site.
