Postby Deltaquack » Tue Apr 19, 2011 3:40 pm

I took this picture in Texas and understand everything is bigger in Texas. Maybe I don't understand......but why in the world would you need 2 mud motors on a boat?

Nothing screams I've got money like dual mud-motors... on a Tracker boat.

Kind of like big shiny 22" wheels with armor all tires on a 72 buirck with primer all over $12k worth of mud motors on a boat as thin as an aluminum can

Two motors wont give you much more speed, but will maintain that speed under a heavy load.

Or as Capt Woodrow told Newt when he handed him that pistol for the first time before they crossed the river into Mexico.......

I am building a dual mud rig as we speak. I hunt and fish shallow water and need a mud motor but I got tired of slow speeds when I am loaded. I could run 35 light in my old boat with my prodrive but i had a ton of money in it and it broke a lot. So I sold that rig and the dual rig will be less hassle and still carry a load at 30 mph. I will post pics when completed. It wont be a tin can boat like he has.

That boat came from tennesse btw and he got it cheap. I think he paid 11k for whole rig. I dont know the guy but boat was seen in baton rouge a couple weeks ago.
