Who cares about a little pot. I've smoked it before, don't anymore. The funny thing is that most of you mississippi boys that are nockin benny have smoked more pot than chong in private and preach its evils on sunday.

Maybe so but we all grew up. How old is Benny now?

For those of you who don't know or have no idea what the law states let me enlighten you a little...including you Benny.

Simple possession of marijuana less than 30 grams (a lil more than an ounce for you boys not to hip on the gram thing) is a misdemeanor in Mississippi. True enough so is a traffic citation.

But the key thing here is something I'm sure most of you don't know, including Benny... is that Benny committed a felony, yes a felony.

Funny thing about all that was I took the man's advice and went down in the quarter and got my buddy some weed anyway HAHAHAHAHA.

Since good ole Benny decide to get his friend some pot and give it to him, the law states that Benny did the same thing as selling it to his friend.

I believe the statue reads..... Sell, trade, barter, transfer (which is what good ole Benny did, and he admitted to a felony) a controlled substance shall be guilty of a felony.

Go read your Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as amended, or contact your local D.A. and ask him/her.

Imagine that, ole Benny committed a felony and then admitted to it.

Benny the Felon.... kinda has a nice ring to it.

I think Benny is making this up as he goes just to keep everyone riled up. If his buddy is a pot smoker, he gets good old american weed all the time. Why would he need Benny to buy it for him in the quarter.

UnluckyDucky:

That's too funny!

And as for what Benny Bin Laden said about all us being racist, I'm not the one on here calling black folks cheeseburgers, so I guess that would make you the racist, Benny Bin Laden. We all know you hate Americans anyway.

What about the other religions besides Baptist? Don't you hate them too?

Sometimes I think the fish will take the bait just to toy with the fisherman, but the fish never gets "hooked."

As for laws being backwards, that's just the criminal's interpretation. I figure if you go to Parchman, most of those guys in there will gripe about those "stupid laws" are the reason they're in there. You have to draw the line somewhere. To you, the law may be dumb, but to the majority of Americans, they like it that way. A serial killer thinks they're doing justice or whatever the case may be, they rationalize their crime. A robber will rationalize himself by saying he's poor and needs the money and those people can spare the extra cash. A poacher will argue with game laws due to not having land or food and say they "need" it and that law is dumb....why can't I hunt year round? The same principle applies to duck hunting. People could say, we've got a ba-sillion wood ducks around here, that law that says I can only kill two is stupid, so they kill 30 woodies in one day. You are no different than the above mentioned people. The people who make laws in this country know a hell of a lot more than some dumba$$ idiot from MS who traps beavers for cash and b!tches about people killing snakes and tries to sneak pot past customs and/or lies about the whole matter.

Another thing. Our whole country's system was based on Christian principles. I think our country is vastly superior to any other country on earth today, so if Christian principles and ideals are not up to your standards, maybe you need to realize your standards are in line with that of some of the other countries....such as Jamaica.

And I would say some were hooked so well that the fisherman must have been using...
