Well, steel shot is steel shot. There's nothing magical that shell companies can do to "enhance" the pellets and charge ungodly amounts of money for it. It is what it is. I've been paying about $100 a case for steel shot the past few years.

I do believe this is the first time in my life, that I totally agree with you.

I shot a couple of boxes of these last year as well. I really liked them. Will definitely buy them again. Seemed to have very good knock down and patterned well.

i shoot BB -#2 if im i timber. cheap ones. at 5-10 yards don't take alot to kill a duck. in the open i shoot heavy shot. i don't under stand all the new shell drama.. a duck aint no harder to kill now than 20 years ago. so my theory is don't fix it if it ain't broke.

I shot up a whole box of these in 3" #2's this morning and really liked them. I was shooting them out of my 870 supermag with a kicks high flyer full choke and knocked one of the geese at 60 yds. I'll probably buy another box of them if my budget permits.
