They left the air filter intake detached from the carburetor on my old sportsman after I took it in for a service. Why they took it off for routine maintenance I have no idea. And why they left it detached is even a bigger mystery. I didn't realize it unti, it started cutting out on me 2 miles from camp. That's my first and last experience with them.

I pick filters up there along with other cheap stuff... I do all of the repair work myself.

They are pricey and I've found their service department takes at least a week to get to your needs. I haven't been in there to get something serviced without them telling me that it would be a week before they could get to it.
I went by this weekend to look at a new Honda Foreman...I did my research before going in and I felt like I knew more than they did. I'm not nocking a Polaris, but it seemed like that is all they wanted to sell me. I tried telling them that I have owned many polaris bikes in the past and none of them have been able to go through water like the hondas I have owned. But they gave me some excuse that Polaris has made everything more "water tight" and I wouldn't have that problem.
If you are going to buy a Ranger I would try to find another dealer. JMO

Road and Track in Brookhaven will have your best prices on a Ranger. I called them about a Ranger EV and they were a lot cheaper than Got Gear.
