National Association for Gun Rights - Senator Rand Paul

Anyone else get this letter / survey in the mail?

It's about Hillary Clinton wanting to pass this UN Small Arms Treaty. At the end of the letter is a small 4 question survey.

This may be a stupid question, but is the National Association for Gun Rights the same as the NRA?

I got one a few days ago and was wondering the same thing. It didn't mention any affilitation with the NRA but was asking for monetary donations like the NRA does with several mailouts a year.
