Beretta owns Benelli, Franchi, Perazzi and significant interests in several others, like Rizzini. Keep the Benellis, I will take a Perazzi MX8, thanks

It is gas operated. It is the same as a A391 just beefed up and chambered for 3.5.

Greenhead 22

Come up here this saturday and pay $200 and I will carry you on a Duck Hunt. The one or two ducks we get to shoot at I will let shoot the Xtrema.

No Ducks up here!!!!

DD, how about you come down here and pay $25 and shoot a limit whenever you get ready, I'll let you shoot my 390 and I'll borrow the 3.5 auto?

Just for laughs, kinda, a few posts up somebody said you could never replace the SBE, well I have to agree, it would be a real test for another manufacter to make a gun that pitiful. BERETTA OWNS THEM ALL IN THE FIELD!!!!!

I looked all through the Beretta web site and cannot find out anything about this gun. It would surprise me a whole lot that a company would bring out a gun in two months without any teaser add on their own site. Maybe they are testing a new gun but I wouldn't look for it in the stores in February. I could be wrong but for a new introduction of a product I would definately be doing some advertisement somewhere.

Just for general information Beretta owns Benelli so the competition with the sbe idea isn't exactly the deal behind it. They just want to sell more guns not put the sbe out of the picture........

I thought benelli owned beretta, but i'm not sure. I have a franchi that is owned by one of them and I love it. It was in the $600 range and worth every penny.

I think you need to let your guide try it out first, just to make sure it is safe and all.

If I hadn't had those other people hunting with me I would've gotten a limit Saturday and Sunday. Come Dec.15th, there won't be a safe duck in the county.

Guides don't need to carry anything but a dip net to chase crippels. Unless you have slim well conditioned duck dog. I said duck dog not lap dog.
