RNT Old Style

Postby wncduckhuntet » Sat Sep 17, 2011 2:33 pm

I've been looking at getting an RNT Old Style in wood. I was wondering what you guys thought of the call in general and what your experience was between hedge or cocobola?? Thanks for the help

How does an old style compare to a short barrel?

Mellower sound. More back pressure built in the call. Good sound.

My next is going to be an Old Style. They sound good and they are one of the best looking calls out there. I like simplicity though.

I dropped Rusty an email. My original plans were to get a SB in bois d'arc, but might go with the old style to give me a little different sound.

I guess I should send him my neon green DC to tune. Then I can put it up on here to sale or something since I do not ever use it. Too bad they don't take trade-ins.

Say there Drakeshead, is that DC the older model or the newer style?
