Pretty sure that wouldn't work. I don't believe you can file for a refund through Pay Pal for non-delivery of services. Pretty sure a hunting guide would fall under service. I you used a credit card or debit card to fund the Pay Pal transaction then the correct action would be to file a dispute with the card company.
