You know you've got issues when you have ONE hitter in your lineup batting over .300.

No secret hitting is our weak spot but that didn't get us here.... Good pitching defense as timely hits did. We got taken out of our game by Samord dropping bombs on us. We didn't try to sacrifice runners over our take pitches or try to get the ball on the ground....

Hope this woke then up cause they gonna have I grind to get out of Tallahassee

Well, that's baseball. You MSU fans gotta tip your hats to Samford. And the Rebs received the hat tip from TCU today. Tomorrow is another day. It ain't over till the fat lady sings. MSU has a deep pitching staff. So, they just need to stay alive and hang in there. IF the Rebs are fortunate enough to win again tomorrow with Mayers on the mound, it will still be a long row to hoe to win the regional. Not sure who would step up to pitch us to a regional win. But, not worried about that today. Just need to win tomorrow and cross that bridge later. First things first. Just stay in the winners bracket.

The baseball gods may be paying us back for that ridiculous run we made through the regional last year and almost beating Florida in the super regional. Still not giving up hope. Time for another winning streak.

Ole Miss is in pretty good shape. Good win for the Rebs.

I still like our staffs chances coming through the losers bracket.... We won't see anybody else's ace from here on out so maybe we can get a run for our pitchers


Samford looked they wasn't swinging bbcor bats even the routine fly balls was flying out of there .

Wow...read 7 pages worth of loving the typical ole miss post season slump and underachieving...one day goes our way, I make a very innocent little comment in good fun and that's the response...good stuff I guess

I've had nothing to say, ole miss has sucked for weeks and didn't appear would make any waves in post-season...what you want me to say? Besides any of that, my schedule has been the reason I haven't posted much, I'm not sulking behind my computer like some of you apparently like to imagine...I try to enjoy this forum when I can, some of y'all make it difficult, lighten up some, it's just Internet rah rah, I didn't talk about your momma for Christ sake
