Onward Store
Anybody been in there since they reopened it? I stopped by there today, super nice. Looks like they gutted it and completely started over. Met the owners, real nice people, look to be pretty young. The guy who said he was the "chef" said they should start cooking next week. Breakfast, lunch,& dinner with plate lunches during the week and a nice dinner menu on the weekends. If you are in the area, stop by and show them some support.

Mollie whipped the place into shape. Real excited about the dinner menu. Got to sample a lot of it, it's going to be great. Lots of good stuff on it. It's going to be a nice one stop shop for folks in the area.

Have they brought back the "Pigpie"?

The chef there would be Nick Secoy. The menu is probably completely different than when Ms. Teal owned it, but it'll be good.
We came back from Jackson through Vicksburg and when we went passed, they were closed at 6:30pm. I'd assume their hours will change a bit when the kitchen is open.
I'll get the menu from Nick and post it on here when I get a chance.
