help finding parts for a gun

Postby D1 » Sat Nov 03, 2012 11:45 am

Folks, I have a savage model 67f in a 410 ga I want to give to a friends son, however it is missing a magazine cap, spring, and spirng follower. I have searched all the sites and gunsmiths here locally and cant find these parts.

please look around and see if you have these parts or next time you are at the gunsmith shop please ask about them for me please.
Thanks
Bruce

Try this place www.gun-parts.com/savageshotgun they have them listed on their page Keep in mind that savage, stevens, and springfield are all the same guns and the parts are interchangable.

Take it to a real gunsmith and he can make the parts.

Mr Ed Sanders out of West Point put an old 1849 Colt pocket revolver back together for me that was missing the hammer spring. He made one for it.

Those are the easiest parts on a gun to make. SRM Performance Products makes all those parts for other guns. He may make them for that gun, or could no doubt custom make them.
