Benelli Camo/Gun Dipping

Postby 7ducks » Tue Mar 26, 2013 2:08 am

Anybody having any problems with Benelli camo (Bottomland)...I bought a new Vinci in August and the camo is flaking off...Benelli says normal wear and tear, its not their problem.........horrible CS with an attitude.... Benelli does not warrant any camo finish on their guns .....need to get it dipped any suggestions...Thanks

He's a little ways from you in Grenada, but Adam (milner80 on ducksouth) at Precision Camo does great work. I've had mine for a couple of seasons now and not so much as one peel. Plus if it comes off due to a process flaw, I believe he'll warranty it. Talk to him about that, though.

Color and Camo. They were out of KY but have moved shop to IL. I had chipping issues with their dipping, and they warranted it after the season.

I've heard that a guy around the Jackson area does really great work....I think his name is Birdsong? Do the above mentioned do as good of work as Birdsong? I'm looking to have my SBE 2 dipped.

Birdsong does great work and it is a Teflon coating so never worry about rusting

Birsong is a teflon coating on the metal......either black on green....they do not do camo dipping......your gun will never rust

I've had a few things done at www.tarjac.com that I've been happy with.
