Go tell the whole story to his wife. See if she wants to get a little revenge.
Then me, Don Miller, Nawteek, and Rip em will whip his booty.

Bankermane is right about telling the fellows wife, not neccessarily for revenge but for respect TJ. You see she may be in denial or has no clue but she doesn't needs to know as of right now who she is married to and how her relationship is with her husband. What I am trying to say it would be for her longterm benefit, may not seem like it but it would. Noone should have to endure this.

Bank is right....

+1 on making sure his wife knows everything. Get documentation from your phone company, text transcripts, etc...from all lines. Use that as evidence.

He is liable to you legally, fo' real....and his employer needs to know as well...

Go to his house an take the valve stems out of his tires, let the air out, then put them back in. Wont help but it would be fun!

You can subpoena those records.
And yes, she can run the risk of losing her job. That would actually strengthen your custody position to have her unemployed...

I know that is a difficult decision, but remember that she put herself in this position.

Having her put on notice from her employer would definately drive home the seriousness of this, but you need to get your hands on some documentation.

Hang tough man...

My brother was messing around with a girl at work his wife found out called the GM and they both lost there jobs. So I would think long and hard before I called the company. Because jobs are hard to find and you will be the one with all the financial burden for the kids and wife. Odds are this man going to stay with his wife and kids your wife is going to be on her own. I would not worry about the man if I were you. Your wife is your family and alot of people will not agree but put in the right place at the the right time most women will cheat and men will do the same. That man is nothing to you he may or may not like you ,may or may not know you or care about you. If the man came on to her and she let him its her fault if she came on to him its her fault she did this to you not the man......WOMEN ARE  All you can do is hope they used protection for your sake. If my wife is cheating on me right now(i havent any reason to think she is but she is human) it would not suprise me one bit I dont sit and think about it. What I dont know wont hurt unless she brings a vd to the house and then its gonna be her booty. Good luck and prayers sent...
