Dissclaimer:
No Albanians were harmed in the making of this thread. Any resemblance to Albanians living or dead is purely coincidental.

[quote="crackhead These are the negro's version of duckhunters!![/quote]
This statement broke it down for me to understand. I know other people like this. I always say "negro" does not really have to do with color, but more of a mindset.
Been reading the thread and have no input since I do not hunt any public land. I might one day, so thanks again for those that fight so diligently to keep it like it should be.

A little common courtesy would go a long ways. Eight to ten hunters intentionally squeeking and squawking calls to keep ducks from finishing in an adjacent hole is just wrong.

Why in the hell would you not report "limits of ducks hanging in trees" to a local game warden RIGHT THEN????? I'll be gosh dammed if I'm gonna have a GW come up on me asking me if they're MY ducks!!!

"Po Monk, You are assuming that them "boys" are of lawful age to consume a whiskey drink!"
Good point. My bad. Then cookies and milk for the young whippersnappers, and geritol and oatmeal for the old timers (with maybe a snort of Old Starter in the geritol for added clarity of mind).

Honestly, I still don't want a draw. I don't think that is the cure all. I'm just pissed that the few hunters that refuse to act right don't have a clue what was done to keep it from becoming a draw this season. Not a one of these guys took the time or effort to get envolved, write letters, send emails or show up in Jackson to voice their concerns about the proposed draw. Not a damn one of them. Po Monkey, you are correct. A summit needs to take place to mend fences and enlighten these guys what took place to save everyones freelancing priviledges. I'd be willing to invite any and all of these guys to my camp, break bread together and hash out problems and concerns. This is not about private land hunters-vs-public land hunters. It's about saving what is left of the heritage of freelance hunting opportunities in our state. If we don't work together to make things better the MDWFP will do it for us and no one will be happy.

Well, if the accused yutes and alligating "old timers" will attend, and you guys can line up the summit, I will volunteer my services as mediator --- at least while I'm sober.
