I don't know what ya'll are smoking. It's going to be 4 more years of Barry. I can't believe these are the best the GOP can come up with....

I think Newt is gonna end up getting the nod for Republicans, that being said nobody can beat Obama, it just isnt gonna happen. Way to many people on the payroll. We unfortunatly will not see a super stong Republican candidate for another 4 years, I think this is because the really good ones are not gonna hurt their political careers by getting beat this year.

Besides the womanizing, what do yall that dont like Newt, have issues with? I am trying to wrap my head around it. I like him, have liked him, and I am glad he is going to get the RNC nod.

To add to that, I believe that He Can win the nomination and the presidency if the people will get behind him. To make predictions without hearing
the two compare ideas on stage with the american people is in my opinion mindless. The elites, establisment, and liberal media are going to brand
him no matter what. The sheople have to wake up from thier Kardashian gaze and figure out they are being and have been for years brainwashed.

Even with all the media protection he gets, there is no way obama is going to be reelected. The only people in the country who think he is doing a good job are the media.

That says it all. Thats what it takes to get reelected by the dumbazz American votor. I say it will be an extreme longshot for him to be dethroned, regardless of opponet.

The people on here that are making predictions of 4 more years totally understand what you're saying. We've just lost faith that the sheople will actually flip the channel from the Kardashians to the debate to hear Newt and Barry O compare ideas. See the Daily Show or Colbert Report and the streets interviews they do? The idiots they ask questions to look like everyday, decent people, but they can't even tell you who the vice prez is.

Look no further than voter participation to see how little people care.

Maybe the ones that do care will have a brain this go around. I think Obama has abandoned many of his middle of the road followers the last four years. Hopefully enough of them will pissed off by their stupidity to show up and vote against him this go around. Also, since he has already been in office for four years there may not be the enthusiasm for his re-election as it was the first time. Many folks who showed up to vote just b/c he is black may stay at home on the couch this time and watch Opera.

Either way the Reps have a tough row to hoe from now till November. The media will clearly back Obama, so they will be digging up every grain of dirt on any candidate they can while trying to make Obama look like the second coming again.

Newt is not going to get the nomination. He is not even eligible to pick up delegates to get the nomination is like 25% of the states. That means he will have to have landslide victories over Romney...ain't gonna happen.

Romney will then get skulldrug by Obama. Sometime around the middle or late part of July, Obama will be polling close with Romney and Obama will pull the trump card...Hillary Clinton. She will be his running mate and that will take them in for an easy victory.

Our only hope at this point politically is that the Rs maintain the house and take back the Senate to minimize the damage that can be done by Obama in the next four years.

All this is exactly correct. He won by, what? 4% points in an historic turnout # wise and MSM whipping up a frenzy? Everything he has done, everyone hates. Don't think he's lost 5% of support since the 08 election PLUS the lack of enthusiasm for him? He is toast and he knows it.
He had to win a bunch of states that historically go GOP to win the thing. That ain't happening this year.

His association with Fannie and Freddie is something to be concerned about. Don't know the details but he needs to explain it.

This is Ron Paul propoganda and is NOT correct. I just got an email from the MS campain director for Newt. The only ballot Newt is not on is Virginia. There are some states that are still in the process of getting on the ballots before the deadline. But he will make it on those ballots.

Here is the email.

I did verify that the ONLY state that we have missed is Virginia. A rumor went around about Ohio, but I traced that down and we have a physical copy of the ballot (with Newt’s name on it).

Santorum, on the other hand, missed the ballot on several congressional districts. If any of the supporters have a question, have them call my cell and I can get them directly to our ballot access team. They have the documents in hand to disprove any information.

On Facebook, Ron Paul people are the ones spreading the false information. There are still states to go that have deadlines still to approach, but we have teams in place in each of the states to ensure that we will qualify on all the remaining ballots of the 50 states.

I was wondering how many Republican voters "like Ron Paul," yet think he is "unelectable?"

If all of these Republican voters that think "Ron Paul is unelectable" vote for Ron Paul, along with all of the independants and democrats that are drawn to him, do you think Ron Paul has a chance???
