Signed it
Maybe you're right....I know Trent Lott is now a lobbyist in some capacity for the Law of the Sea Treaty - and of course, when he was a senator he was against it. I guess getting paid as a lobbyist has a way of changing your beliefs.....we need some congressman that stick to what they think is right and what they're constituants believed they would fight for.....and we need term limits!southdeltan wrote:I think that whoever sent that email may have 2 UN treaties mixed up. There is a treaty called Lost (law of the seas treaty) that had the potential support of 20 republican senators but I read it's dead for the year. I keep seeing that there is very little support for the Small Arms Treaty.
Then again, maybe not. According to the national media - we wouldn't consider signing the Small Arms treaty unless it was unanimous. Very interesting that Iran is one of the committee countries on this.
Either way, the UN is useless.

That is the start of the Revolution that will soon be descending upon this country. This may make it happen sooner then we think, but nonetheless, it is and will be happening.
David, thank you for your service. Knowing that many service men feel that way is a glimmer of hope.davidees wrote:As a National Guardsman, I promise to refuse any order that violates the Constitution.
