Who was the guy that had something in his boot....when the ref wasn't looking he would tap his toe three times on the canvas to "Load the boot", and then he would kick his opponent and knock them smooth out.

There was a farmer in Belzoni that i did some work for back in the late 90's early 2000's that was a identical twin to "Hacksaw Jim Dugan".
