Dr. Milton did my dogs tplo for 2500. That included the Meds. Did not include rehab, which I spent roughly 500 on. That is his standard price for the procedure as of November.

That does not include rehab. Where is dr Milton located? I've read a good bit saying swimming in short intervals is just as good as the underwater treadmill.

Dr. Milton is in Birmingham. If I'm not mistaken, I believe he's related to Mr. Sam Milton.

Well the surgery was on Wednesday and I picked her up this afternoon. I don't know who is more nervous about the next 8 weeks me or her.. Ill be standing on the street corner with her taking donations on the weekends to make up for surgery cost..

Any post op advice is welcome..

Came home from work on Wednesday to find the cone or "e-collar" laying in the bottom of the kennel chewed up and half the staples missing from her leg that I guess she pulled out with her teeth. Took her to the vet they stapled her leg back up and went home with a brand new cone or "e-collar". We get home and go to bed, wake up Thursday morning and the cone is off again with about 3 staples missing so back to vet we go.. Apparently she doesnt like something around her head.. The vet staples her back up again and brings her out with this...

Dang man... Hope the last few days have been better.
